PREPARATION for E-VISA application

  • Color photocopy of your passport (ID page and cover page)
    ※ Please make sure your passport has minimum 18 months validity counted from application date
    ※ Please make sure your passport has minimum of 3 blank pages
  • Color photocopy of your return airline ticket
  • Color photocopy of your valid travel insurance
  • Health Certificate of English (must be issued within 7days of visa application.)
  • Vaccination Certificate or Vaccination Card of English as proof of completing vaccination in full dose.  (no needed for Child under 12Y when immigration )
    ※Second dose vaccine should be received 14days before departure by the latest
  • Identification photo data (background : red)
  • 2 of Statement letter and 1 of Agreement letter (will send by email when booking)

We entrust the application procedure to PT. JTB INDONESA.

You are allowed to enter Indonesia within 60 days after your visa is issued (including issued date).

No procedures are needed after entering Indonesia.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

About E-VISA application
  • Our service is limited to E-VISA (single visa B211A).
  • The E-VISA application will be processed after receiving full payment.
  • Refund is not applicable after full payment, even you could not enter Indonesia within the allowed 90 days due to the travel restriction.
  • Due to the regulations of Indonesia Government, application fee, days and the documents required are subject to change without prior notice. If the regulations changed in the middle of the application, application might be longer and we might ask you the additional documents.
Preparation before boarding
  • We will provide you the latest information of a certificate of negative COVID-19 test result before the E-VISA application. Please prepare the proper certificate.
    Due to the regulations of Indonesia Government, the test result validity hour might change. You might retake the certificate or you might have PCR test upon your arrival at Indonesia or during quarantine.
  • Due to the regulations of Indonesia Government, application fee, days and the documents required are subject to change without prior notice. You might have to change your flight.
  • All visitors need to obtain a Health Declaration form (pedulilindungi application) at Indonesia Airport. You can download and register it on your own smartphone below. (Feel free to ask if you have any questions)

  • Please be careful for baggage restrictions, the limits to the weight and/or number of pieces of baggage. Please check with your airline.
  • If you have any trouble, such as flight cancellation, please contact our emergency contact. (We will provide it before boarding)
Our COVID-19 protocol
  1. Follow COVID-19 Indonesia government’s protocol
  2. Ensure the sanitation treatment with international standard products are conducted to vehicles and office area regularly
  3. Provide hand sanitizer for the employees and guests
  4. Keep social distance and Ventilate in the office and the vehicle
  5. Check the temperature of the employees before enter the office or pick up the guests. The employees who show symptoms (fever/a cold) will not come to work.
